NOTIFICATIONS

THIS ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED EFFECTIVE 11/20/14 Eastern Rockcastle Water Association has issued a boil water advisory for all of our customers in the Sandsprings area effective at 12:00 am, October 14, 2014. The water will be off and on sporadically starting at midnight to do leak detection.


Customers should bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes, then let it cool before using, or should use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice.


This advisory was issued as a precautionary action and can only be lifted with the approval of the KY Division of Water. We will inform you when you no longer need to boil your water.

THIS ADVISORY HAS BEEN LIFTED EFFECTIVE 8/8/14 Eastern Rockcastle Water Association will be doing repair work on Climax Road on Thursday July 24th starting at approximately 9am . This repair is expected to take all day. All customers on Climax Road and attached spur roads will be affected. When the service is restored these customers will be under a boil water advisory.

Customers should bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes, then let it cool before using, or should use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice.

Customers should bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes, then let it cool before using, or should use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice.
